Nobody puts Garbage Punch in a corner.
Alex and Ashley are reunited in the same time zone for an actual seminal classic, Dirty Dancing. Patrick Swayze absolutely dancing straight into our ovaries. We tackle prostitution, the best movie dad ever, and Jennifer Grey's original nose.
GP Wrecks: Olive Garden, @karenyhan on twitter, and gel manicures
Watch Me, Myself & I as always so Alex can keep her job.

We podcast three hours a day, so when we meet a pirate, we can kill it. IT'S OUR 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY so we are doing the ULTIMATE Garbage Punch movie: 2003's Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl starring Johnny Depp, Orlando Bloom, and Keira Knightley.
GP Wrecks: Call my Agent! on Netflix and Rosewater

Hooah! Alex and Ashley cover the Ridley Scott starmaking vehicle Black Hawk Down (2002). Lots of really uncomfortable things happen like Ashley's obsession with Tom Hardy's mouth. But can these ladies make it out alive?
GP Wrecks: Young Sheldon on CBS and American Vandal on Netflix
Watch Me, Myself and I on CBS so Alex can continue having a job, thanks.

Alex and Ashley discuss the Cameron Crowe flop Elizabethtown. The twink extraordinaire Orlando Bloom is back, baby! And worse than ever. Also, this movie is the reason the phrase manic pixie dream girl was invented so basically f#ck this.
GP Wrecks: Woman by Ralph Lauren and Lumio by Mer Sea Perfume

Molly Shannon voice: 50! 50 EPISODES! Alex and Ashley discuss in the big 5-0 a Cameron Crowe masterpiece Almost Famous. This movie gives us baby Kate Hudson, ageless Billy Crudup and somehow very very hot Jason Lee? How did this happen? Join us on tour, band-aids.
GP Wrecks: Thai Massage and Marina and the Diamond's Elecktra Heart

It's a Twister! It's a Twister! Alex and Ashley literally fight about the validity of the natural disaster movie Twister's scientific discoveries. Bill Paxton (RIP), Helen Hunt, and Phillip Seymour Hoffman (RIP) star in this really capitvating movie about natural disasters. It's actually too relevant to today's events. Maybe climate change is real. IDK who's to say (scientists. scientists are to say).
GP Wrecks: B12 and DIY Arnold Palmers.

Alex is off this week, and in her place a first time repeat guest, Veronica Bassano! Veronica and Ashley talk about how high school cliques were not that big of a deal so maybe don't off your classmates please.

Ashley and Alex try to get a lifeboat off the worst cruise in history. Speed 2 stars NOT Keanu Reeves as Alex and Sandra Bullock back again as Annie. What the writers of Speed supposed was that Annie was a human being and not a joke machine and what the writers of Speed 2 supposed was what if she wasn't?
GR Wrecks: Timeless and The Tick

With great podcast comes great responsibility. This is my gift, my curse, who am I? Tobey Maguire's crying face. Alex and Ashley tackle a true seminal classic, Sam Raimi's Spider-man (2002). And things get hot regarding a certain lunchroom scene. We ponder why Mary-Jane was used like an object instead of a person. The real hero in this movie is ironically the villian, Willem Dafoe.

Ashley and Alex take on their second most offensive movie, 2000's Whatever it Takes starring pre-Walk to Remember Shane West and pre-trying to slip into those DMs James Franco. Can someone please answer us this question: DOES ANYONE HAVE FULL REIGN OF A HOTEL FLOOR AT PROM?!
GP Wrecks: Sunscreen of any kind and Essie Aruba Blue
